Trevor comes from a background of hard work, determination, and a modern approach to business.  Trevor began his working career in sales at age 14. Needing to save for college and pay his own way through school, he became the first in his family to obtain a college degree. At age 19, Trevor began utilizing his sales skills and natural ability to meet and exceed his client’s needs in Real Estate. Focusing on investment sales and leasing allowed Trevor to work with many different investors, business owners, and developers. Graduating from the University of Idaho’s college of business & economics gave Trevor an excellent business base and insight into the financial world. With a heavy emphasis in Marketing & Finance along with invaluable hands-on experience, Trevor has developed his knowledge and education into a successful commercial real estate practice.
